About the Position

Our Marketing team has a new position open, and we are looking for someone self-driven, analytical, and ready to hit the ground running. If you are a curious person with a strong work ethic looking to grow your marketing skills, this is the role for you.

  • Oversee and optimize all paid campaigns, analyzing performance and extracting insights to enhance current and future campaigns.
  • Utilize analytics from multiple systems to understand and track the user journey from initial contact to handover to the sales team.
  • Manage marketing automation and email marketing via HubSpot, including planning and monitoring nurture flows.
  • Develop and manage automated funnels to strengthen brand recognition and generate leads.
  • Execute both planned and ad-hoc marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborate closely with team members to build and continuously improve marketing processes.
  • Conduct competitive analysis in media, monitoring competitors campaigns, strategies, and performance to identify trends and opportunities for optimization.

Requirements

A year of experience from ad agency - must

B.A/ B.S. degree in Economics/Communications/Management or equivalent

Fluent in English: reading, writing, and speaking

Strong attention to detail and powerful analytical skills

Inquisitive, you love learning new things and mastering new platforms

Good communication, reporting, and presenting skills (written and verbal)

Self-motivated and target-oriented

Self learner

A team player

A year of experience with SEO tasks- advantage.
